Delivery for Cocoome Organic cotton sleepwear is a flat rate $7.50 for all Australian delivery addresses.

 

We are on a short Christmas break. Orders placed during the Christmas New Year Period will be shipped by the 6th January. Please contact hello@cocoomeorganic.com.au

 

All Cocoome Organic sleepwear pjs and baby rompers are shipped within Australia Post E parcel for tracking and security. Therefore a signature is required at delivery. If you are unavailable at this time Australia Post will leave a collection card notifying you that your order is available at your local post office for collection.

All kids pjs and baby romper sleepwear is shipped within 24hours of order receipt and cleared payment. If you require your baby and kids sleepwear to be shipped sooner please contact us.

Our Australian organic pjs orders are shipped with Australia Post E parcel therefore you have the security that we can track your item for you.  For international destinations please email us if your region is not available when checking out through the cart.

If you are sending your kids pjs sleepwear order to a work/office address please ensure you include the name of the company at the address in your order delivery details to avoid delay in your sleepwear parcel being delivered incorrectly.

If you are purchasing products as a gift, Cocoome Organic Sleepwear is more than happy to gift wrap and arrange delivery to your recipient. Please ensure that the correct delivery address is noted on your order.   

Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken. Just note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order and we will contact you with details. If your order is sent to an incorrect address due to the wrong address being completed on the order and therefore the order returned, postage will be charged once again to be shipped to the correct address once notified.
